Hello and welcome to Iron Fitness! I am so excited you are part of the Iron Fitness family! My goal is to help you summon the physical and mental strength that lies within you to reach your health and fitness goals. Iron Fitness is a fun and supportive place to exercise and push toward a stronger you. Iron Fitness offers a free weight area as well as classes designed for a fantastic workout, no matter your fitness level. I also provide personal training and nutrition coaching services, tailored to your lifestyle. I truly believe that each of us is on our own journey and here at Iron Fitness we support each other in that.

Iron Fitness Hours are:
Monday – Friday: 5:00 a.m.- 7:00 a.m. and Monday - Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Friday 4-6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Iron Fitness Services/Fees include:
Membership (Includes all classes and use of weight equipment during all hours of operation):
$45 per month, $15 for additional family members age 14 and older
Classes (without a full membership):
Drop-In: $10 per class
Personal Training with Natalie:
$1 per minute with a 30 minute per session minimum - Includes exercise, nutrition coaching and access to me via text for support outside of the gym.
Personal training is available with Misty Hall and Rochelle Phipps as well. Please contact them for pricing.
Iron Maiden specialty challenges will be offered in January, May, July, August and over the holidays at a rate to be determined based on the length of program. Next one, Invincible 2019, beings January 6, 2019! See Challenges tab for details!

Class Descriptions: Every class is open to all fitness levels. Everyone is at a different place in their fitness journey and we encourage modifications to fit your level of fitness. :)
Take An Extra Step: Come and learn the basic step moves and work your cardio strength at the same time.
Bootcamp: This FUN total body class will use various equipment to gain strength and get you sweating!
Cardio: Simply looking to get a good sweat going? Then join me in this 30 minute cardio class! Every class will be different with both high and low impact moves, both of which can be modified to your fitness level.
Advanced Step: Iron Fitness is bringing back the Step!! Join us for a ton of fun in this challenging and sweaty workout!
Manic Monday: Focusing on a different body part each week, this 30 minute class will serve as both strength training and cardio.
Finally Friday: 30 minutes of high intensity intervals. You will be asked to give everything you’ve got for 20 seconds with a quick 10 second breather in between the 20 second intervals.
Total Body: Combination of strength training and cardio. Full body workout to shed fluff and build strength!
